Broker Assisted Transactions (BATS)
For our customers who are doing their own marketing and find a buyer, but don’t know what to do next or want professional assistance to handle the transaction process we offer Broker Assisted Transaction services. We will prepare all the appropriate transaction documents and monitor the transaction through closing for a flat fee. The fee is normally $850 with $425 payable at the beginning and the balance is due at closing. In many cases we have found sellers and buyers agree to split the fee.
Traditional Brokerage Service
Many people don’t want to hassle with doing their own marketing and will hire a broker to handle the entire process. In Union County only we offer full brokerage services. Our commission structure is different then most offices. We charge 3% if our office sells your property and 5% if another office sells your property. A higher commission is charged when another office sells the property because we must split the total commission with them.
Limited Service MLS Listing
For a flat fee of $399.95 we will post your property in RMLS. Our scope is limited solely to entering your property in RMLS. In a limited service listing sellers offer buyer brokers a flat fee or commission if they successfully sell your property. Normally, sellers offer a 2 1/2% to 3% commission, but the amount is entirely up to the seller.
